What we handle

One focused turnover service line.

Core work is stated clearly up front. Add-ons and unusual conditions are approved before they become part of the job.

01

Turnover Cleaning

Vacant-unit cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, cabinets, drawers, doors, handles, and normal move-out grime.

02

Scoped Cleanouts

Approved removal of left-behind belongings, trash, and debris. Volume, access, and disposal needs are quoted separately.

03

Carpet & Walls

Carpet cleaning and heavier wall washing can be added when appropriate and included in the approved scope.

04

Documentation

Completion notes or photos when requested, plus clear reporting of conditions that need another qualified provider.

Clear boundaries

Cleaning and cleanout support—without hidden trade work.

Conditions outside the approved turnover scope are documented and reported so the property contact can route them correctly.

Outside our current scope

Repairs · Painting · Flooring · Plumbing · Electrical · HVAC · Mold remediation · Pest treatment · Biohazard cleanup · Unsafe-condition work

We do not bury these items inside a cleaning quote or claim qualifications we do not have.

Buyer FAQ

Questions property teams ask before assigning work.

Need something not answered here? Call or email and we will answer plainly.

Are you insured, and can you provide a W-9?

Yes. General liability insurance, a certificate of insurance, and a W-9 are available for vendor onboarding.

Do you work with apartments and single-family rentals?

Yes. SecondKey supports vacant units in both multifamily and single-family rental portfolios.

What areas do you serve?

The Twin Cities metro is the core service area. Selected outer-metro work is considered based on the scope, travel, and schedule.

How quickly can you complete a turnover?

Timing depends on unit condition, access, approved scope, and current capacity. Availability is confirmed before a completion time is promised.

Do you remove tenant belongings?

Only when the property contact confirms that the items are approved for disposal. Cleanout volume, access, and disposal are scoped separately.

Can we use SecondKey only as a backup vendor?

Yes. Backup and overflow coverage are welcome, including starting with one unit so your team can evaluate the working relationship.

How are jobs quoted?

Share the unit details and photos when available. SecondKey clarifies the requested work and provides scope and pricing for approval before the job begins.
